How do I get help accessing the email system?
Only limited telephone-based technical support is available for Church E-mail. Before calling for technical assistance, please follow these steps:
Calls should be restricted to issues related to system access (i.e. password issues, etc.). Do NOT call the help desk with issues related to your Internet connection. These calls should be directed to your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
I have a problem with my email, how do I get help using my new account?

The Church E-mail includes email groups and are based on Google Groups. They are user-owned groups that you can create to use as a mailing list or create a discussion forum.
To find groups or setup a group, login to your Church E-mail account and click on the Groups link in the upper left corner.
